The Education Training Center in Nizwa continues the training course hold for recycle one new non Omani teachers which organized by recycle one supervision unit in Department of Human Science at Al Dhakilia Directorate, in collaboration with Educational Supervision Department at MOE. The training course aimed to acquire the new teachers with the necessary skills that could help them to develop their work performance and enable them to handle different classroom situations, as well as giving them training about how to apply the modern technology in the educational process. In addition, the program was performed by a group of administrators, supervisors of the recycle 1, supervisors, members of educational assessment and training specialists. Moreover, the program included different subjects, such as teaching reading, planning written lesson, activating document evaluation and use it in different classroom situations and raise the motivation to learn and identifying learners' characteristics. The subjects included introducing communication tools, practical training on how to take advantage of modern technology and the use of self-learning strategies and other new strategies in learning.
