Meeting about Educational Indicators System for Directorate General of Educational Programs Employees
The Directorate General of Human Resources Development organized introductory meeting about educational indicators system for employees on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Ministry of Education in which a visual presentation was viewed about stages of system setup and detailed explanation of the eight main indicators in the system and its importance in following-up educational and administrative performance according to specific criteria and indicators contribute to raising the quality of the educational process. It also to be noted that the formulation of these indicators based on the data provided by the central base of the data in the Ministry Educational Portal in Oman for it is the only adopted official electronic system for administration practices at the level of the Ministry, educational directorates and schools. It is aimed to analyze and build future development plans of the ministry for the importance of indicators in evaluating plans and programs of education carried out by the Ministry.
