Al Harasi Meets the Educational Supervisors in Al Batinah North

Al Batinah North Directorate General conducted a meeting with a number of educational supervisors. The meeting was chaired by .Dr.Issa Al Harassi,the Director General of Al Batinah North Directorate of Education and in presence of Isaa Al Shibli, Assistant Head for Planning and Human Resources Development and the IT, Mohammmed Al Saidi, Head of Human Resources Development and others in the Directorate' s Cabinet at Al Batinah Hall .It targeted the educational supervisors to discuss the weakness at the school achievement of students in the governorate during the 1st semester .    
Moreover, Dr.Al Harrasi opened the meeting with a welcoming speech where he thanked the attendees for their excreted efforts to fulfill the educational message and promote the education process. He also clarified that within the previous years the percentage of school achievement weakness increased in the Sultanate schools .He added that this percentage was noticeable more in male schools rather than female schools and a number of teachers lacks the motivation in teaching and feel dissatisfaction and frustration from the non-class activities in which it reflects the students levels as well.   
In addition, he added that it was important to make the students participate in preparing lessons, create interaction in the classroom and use the technology in the interactive lessons to rise up their motivation. Also, he encouraged the supervisors to use the latest modern supervisory patterns which being followed in various countries and the necessity to expose the shortage aspects within the teachers.  
At the end, the attendees discussed a number of educational issues and challenges that faced supervisors in schools at the previous semester.
