4 months of scientific experience and practical training
North Batinah Directorate Celebrated the end of the training program for 800 new teachers. The training lasted for a period of four-months. They received different knowledge and they developed their educational and academic skills.
They learned about the development of education in the Sultanate and they were familiarized with the most important educational projects implemented at the level of the ministry and educational field, as well as introduced them to the new developments in educational system. They also learned about their rights and duties. The organizers of the program were keen to achieve the objectives through various lectures, and workshops in the training center at Sohar or training centers that were distributed in various governorates.
