Ministry of Education, represented by Department of Care staff organized blood donation campaign yesterday morning and it targeted all staff of the ministry. Also, MOE keen to participate in community initiatives in cooperation with blood banks Services Department at Ministry of Health which would contribute in supporting and providing the necessary quantities of blood. Moreover, the campaign had a high turnout from the staff for its importance and their desire to support this campaign, in order to donate blood for needy in various government health institutions. At the end, Yusuf bin Darwish, Director of Staff Welfare Department said that within the interest of the ministry to support the charitable work, Blood Donation  idea came in  coordinating with the ministry of health,  representatives. He added that when people step in blood donation, they contribute to save a human life and blood donation also has health and religious aspects in people's life.
