Within the scientific initiative of the school " the Sultan Qaboos Creators" which aimed to explore the scientific talents among the two  Sultan Qaboos schools which followed the Royal Court Affairs ,to emerge out proficient human resources capable of scientific  achievement competition at the educational phase , provide the labor market with new human resources to be able to fulfill the sustainable development objectives and enhance the scientific research environment and innovation at the school environment. Also the 1st steps of project idea introduction begins through diverse channels including school broadcasting ,media boards and lectures at (5-10) classes .Moreover the posts would be sorted by interviews to clarify how the extent the students knowledge about the project concept and its three stages.       It is also to be noted that the project is divided into three phases. The first phase (I Think) the theoretical aspect which includes the enrollment and the advertisement of initiative and the 2nd phase (I Invent) is the beginning of the theoretical side in which it contains training the female students in three fields such as electronics, robots and the alternative power .Also the final 3rd phase (I am creative) where the students review their projects to their colleagues.
