The Directorate General of Human Resources Development conducted periodical meeting with directors of human resources development departments and education supervision offices of the educational governorates during the period 24-25, 2016. The event was chaired by Dr. Bader Al Kharusi, the Director General of Human Resources Department and in presence of Doctor, Deputy Head for Career Development and others. It is also to be noted that the Directorate General of Human Resources keeps direct contacts with Heads of Human Resources Development and Supervision Offices in order to discuss the development at the administration and education fields and others aspects that relate to the career development. Also, the meeting focused on the importance of educational indicators and addressed the strategies of career development plan 2016 and other topics which concern the workflow development at human resources development field.
