The Directorate General of Human Resources Development Conducts a workshop of Supervision Report Preparation

The Directorate General of Human Resources Development organized a meeting that included education supervision department and school performance development department, on Thursday the 18th February.It aimed to develop creating supervision reports to be  in line with development process  at tools collecting and data display and connect these reports with scientific methodology .Also, various worksheets were delivered during the meeting .Dr.Saeed Al Zafri,SQU´s Instructor presented a worksheet titled " Determinants of Writing Results Analysis  and recommendations. Then, Dr.Bader Al Al Kharusi,the Director General of Human Resources Development  presented another  work paper about supervision reports.     
Moreover, the participating supervisors were involved at applied workshop where they watched a display about reports comparisons at the initial and final formula and a study of raw data for cases samples. After that, the groups presented developmental suggestions to establish the material in report and had a comprehensive discussion about supervision visits.   
It is also to be noted that this meeting highlighted the integration concept of education and administration ´s supervision in reading data, connecting notes and Drafting proposals.
