The Education Projects Management Program Concludes in Al Dharih Successfully

The Human Resource Development Department represented by the Training and Development of Career Center organized the activities of the educational projects management program, which ended at the last week of December 2015. It targeted 40 administrators, technicians and the educational supervisors in the education field. The program aimed to introduce participants with concept of education project management, practical administration vocabularies, and the most important strategies of educational projects management. Also to develop the trainees' skills and acquire them with scientific and cognitive strategies.
After that, Alham Al Khartia and Moza Al Hinaiah, training Specialists in the program , presented a number of worksheet such as, introduction to project management , the foundation stage ,planning stage and implementation stage.
At the end, Alham Al Hatri added that the educational project management program seeks to find an efficient, cabable administration to reach the maximum gains in the existence of human resources, which follow the scientific method to achieve its educational projects.
