The National Center of Career Guidance arranged a training course during the period from November 22 to December 10, entitled '' Human Resources Management Diploma'', with participations of 30 heads of department in Ministry, Heads of Vocational Guidance in different Governorates, and National Center of Vocational Guidance.
 The training course aims to fulfill  many targets, such as identifying  new concepts of management & features of distinct institution, explaining strategic features of the leader & stages of strategic decision-making, acquiring insight into human resources effective management, providing participants with a set of values and skills about effective leadership characteristics, showing them also the relationship between emotional intelligence and effective management, and  learn about the global differences in the field of human resources and modern management.
At the end, organizers expected that the training course will have effective impact on participants' job tasks performance.
