The Directorate General of Education in Al Batinah North Governorate organized the education meeting of parents' council under the logo (The Communication of School and Family Results educational Fruits) which will be conducted at the Governorates Willyats in cooperation with the parents' councils at each governorate. The 1st station was sat in Shinas under the patronage of HE. Shaeikh Humood Al Wahshi, the Wali of Shinas,in presence of Dr. Ali Al Hraasi, the Director General of Education Directorate in Al Batinah North and others.  
 At the beginning, Dr. Ali Al Harrasi delivered a speech in which he mentioned several topics like the various aims of the educational meeting to be achieved, the role of parent's council in the communication between school and family, and educational and scientific students' needs. Moreover, he requested the families to support their children in the international studies that the Sultanate being involved with to measure reading skill (PIRIS2016) and to fulfill the required results.
In addition, four main axes were discussed in the educational meeting.  The 1st one was  Presented  by Nasser Al Musalmani, the Head of Evaluation Department in Educational Directorate in Al Batinah North,  who highlighted students affairs  list and general document of  students learning evaluation while  Ali Al Maqbali, Human Resources Development Department, reviewed in the 2nd axis diverse of  global programs and studies related to education process, such as International Studies of measure reading skill (PIRIS), Global Studies in Math and Science and International Olympiad at Chemistry (IChO).
Then, Rashid Al Jabri, IT Department, talked about the educational portal and its positivist effects in the communication between school and family. After that, he provided differnt services for parents to be used in following their children via the portal, such as absence, attendance and school achievements. 
The 4th axis reviewed one of the successful experiments in Shinas schools as an attractive educational environment. It is presented by Mariyam Al Hosi, School Principle of Moza bint Al Imam Ahmed Al BUSAIDI Basic Education, where she focused on the school's experience in applying the Five Columns System in Quality and she clarified the followed steps to establish the project and its advantages at the education process.        
At the end, the attendance discussed the parents council ´s experience in   Shinas and which presented by Mohamed Al Amri , the Deputy Head of Parents Council at the Willayah,where he talked about the workflow of the council periodically ,their direct follow in educational activities ,encourage the students in promoting school achievements within school stages. .Moreover, the patron honored the participants and sponsors of the educational meeting . Also, the educational meeting for parent's councils continues in the diverse governorates. Saham will be the next station under the auspices of HE. Sheikh Wally of Saham.
