Ministry of Education sought to activate career development of technical staff; therefore the department of content and e-learning gave a training course entitled (Electronic Design using Educational Software Books) in collaboration with Al-Qabas training Centre. The course lasted for two weeks during the period from October 26, 2015 to November 5, 2015 and it was presented by Dr. Nabil Abdul Qadir, Lecturer at Middle East College, Jordan.    
The training program explained using a number of educational programs specialized in designing interactive e-books and it targeted staff of e-content section at the Ministry and members of e-content at the Directorates.
In addition, the course provided trainees with skills of constructing e- books for the curriculum to be available on tablets and smart phones, and thus help teacher to present scientific material curriculum to students in an interesting way. A number of 18 employees participated in the course.
