Al Harthy heads the 1st Periodical Meeting of Private Schools in Sultanate´s Governorate
HE. Humood Al Harthy , MOE´s secretary for Education and Curriculum chaired the 1st periodical meeting of private schools at education governorates in the Sultanate, in presence of the Director General of Planning and Quality Control , General Heads of Education Governorates and others. At the beginning , he welcomed the attendance and Fatma Nowrani displayed a screening about the challenges that face private schools in the governorates like instability of teachers and lacking of existing training and supervision cadres in the private schools. Also, she reviewed a number of recommendations related to the meeting such as the need to make the meeting annually, changing the private schools sections into departments, including private schools supervisors in career development workshops and the necessity to provide the directorate general of private schools ´s support with financial degrees for administration and education supervision positions .
After that, HE. directed the heads of education governorates to the importance of communication with the Directorate General of Private Schools and following up the private schools in order to improve the education process.
