Al Sharqiyah South Governorate discusses the preparations of National Diploma Examinations.

<>Dr. Issa Al Tobi, Director General of Directorate General of Education in Southern Al Sharqiyah headed a meeting with examinations centers principles to discuss preparations for the National Diploma Examinations, the 2nd semester for the academic year 2014 /2015, in presence of Dr. Qais Al Shihab, Assistant Director of Educational Evaluation Department and others.
 
Dr. Issa Al Tobi stressed on the necessity to get all centers preparedness equipment set ready in order to establish appropriate environment to conduct the exams, such as health and security services and he also emphasized on awareness sessions for the invigilators to clarify instructions and regulations for managing the exams.
 Later, Dr. Qais Al Shehab, Deputy Head of Local Examinations Commission talked about some regulations related to the exam rooms such as students density in each room, maximum 15 examinee per room, and to keep the school facilities clean. He also added that there must be 2 invigilators in each room and discussed reviewing attendances and work remuneration.
It is also to be noted that  4949 students perform the examinations and distributed over 28 centers in Al Sharqiyah South Governorate.
