<>Human Resources Development Department carried out an educational meeting at Mazoon Hall in Career Development and Training Center in Sohar. It aimed is to review the visiting of Science Laboratory Delegation to Germany and Art Teachers visits to France within Visiting Educationalist Programs and international education visits. Four to five visits are organized in one academic year and these two visits considered as the 10th and 11th in the Visiting Educationalist Program.  
The program aimed to honor the outstanding teachers in education field, introduce them to international experiences in schools, and identify difficulties that face education in the world, reinforce career development aspects and exchange cultures.
Faisal Al Saadi, Science Laboratory Technician at Al Batinah North Governorate presented a working paper that targeted 22 science laboratory technicians. It shed lights on the education visit to Germany in details like Germany's experiments at science laboratory field, visiting most important companies and universities in Germany, attending training workshops and recommendations of the visit. In addition, Laila Al Roshdyah presented a another work paper that targeted 30 art teachers in Al Batinah North Governorate  where she gave a detailed presentation about  the education system in France, teaching methods, modern experiments in designing art curriculum and historical monuments visits.
