<>HE. Dr. Madiha Al Shibani, Minister of Education chaired the 3rd meeting of work quality committee at the education field and presence of H.E. Sheikh Mohamed Al Tobi, MOE´s Adviser, H.E. Mustafa Abdualteef, MOE´s Secretary for Administration and Finance Affairs and others. 
At the beginning of meeting, HE.  the Minster welcomed the attendance and discussed a number of issues such as the reality of education field, standards aspects and how to promote them and educational, human and technical needs provision in order to provide attractive educational environment and rise up the schools standards. Also she thanked the educational staff like teachers, supervisors and administrators in schools or education directors. 
Moreover, she talked about preparing schools in diverse aspects and adopting educational projects and career development programs for educators in order to rise up the education performance indicators. Also, the Minster mentioned that the MOE encourages the decentralized work, so it granted educational and financial authority to Education Directorate Heads in various governorates.  At the end, HE. Minister of Education concluded the meeting with the necessity to create mechanisms to stimulate the outstanding  performing schools which have education initiatives to be applied as soon as possible and expressed the MOE´s satisfaction of the new Arabic Curriculum at Cycle one phase.
