Al Batinah Governorate witnesses threshold of an exciting new era in robotics
Under the auspices of HH Saud bin Salim Al Belushi, Undersecretary of Education Planning and Human Resources Development and in presence of Hamed bin Ali Al Sarhani, Director General of Directorate General of Education at Al Batinah North Governorate, Sheikh Ali bin Saleh Al Hashar, CEO of Jusoor, robot lab was due to be officially opened.
Sheikh Ali bin Saleh Al Hashar, CEO of Jusoor, said; ‘The celebration of launching two facilities of robotics comes within continuation of overriding efforts in education quality development as means to equip students with thinking and creativity skills to translate their ideas into reality, and so contributing in Oman progress.’
Apart of the opening, the exhibition consists of two parts, involvement of the robot in teaching of science, mathematics and information technology in Omani curriculum, as the second section includes robot experiments prepared Al Batinah students.
