Quran Memorization Competition results announced
Dr. Madiha Al shaibani, Minister of Education approved Quran Memorization Competition results for 2014-2015, as North A’Sharqiya was named the top, Dhofar was the second, in addition to Private Schools crowned the third.
Participants rolled up their sleeves to take part in six levels, starting from class one till general diploma, as level one comprises of 10 chapters for all students, level two of 5 successive chapters for (11-12) grade, third includes four successive chapters for (10-8) grade, as well as level fourth is of three chapters for (7-5) grade, fifth is for (4-3) grade of two chapters and level six is set for (2-1) grade of one chapter.
Annually held, the competition is rendered in respect of Ministerial Decree No. (23/2015) to form a key committees subcommittee and to oversee the Quran Competition and arbitrate for the finals at educational directorates/ administration in the governorates
