Al Sarhaani meets schools principles in Sohar
Hamad Al Sarahani , Director General of Directorate General of Education at Al Batinah North Governorate presided Over the educational meeting with the principles of a number of schools that applied the International Study TIMSS2015 .The meeting took place in the General Cabinet at AL Batinah Hall in Sohar .Also Hamad Al Sarhani opened the meeting with a speech where he welcomed the attendance and thanked teachers and schools for their excreted efforts in raising up the school standards of participating students in TIMSS2015. He also added that this international study was designed to measure the differences between national education systems and to improve learning Math and Science in Oman. Moreover, Suhail Al Rashaidi, Deputy Director of Education Evaluation Department reviewed the results of the experimental exam which being applied on 4th and 8th classes.
