Undersecretary of Education and Curriculum visits South Al Batinah Schools

HH Dr.Hamood bin Khalfan Al Harthy, Undersecretary of Education and Curriculum, visited South Al Batinah Schools, accompanied by Dr. Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Qassabi, Educational Expert at the directorate, as well as Issa Al Shibli, Assistant Director General of Education Affairs.

The visit aimed to follow up the progress of the educational process by visiting some classes and the exchange of talking with students about the curriculum and their suitability with their levels. Al Harthy viewed the most important projects and educational programs implemented in the school which aim to raise the achievement level of the students and help to deepen and instill good values. These projects are; World Globe Project, reciting the Holy Qur'an, cooperative and sports associations, innovation projects and others.

As part of the preparations for the international study TIMSS2015, Al Harthy briefed on schools preparations, the school's efforts in this framework, and the readiness of students to enter these international tests. He also discussed with education family members issues, challenges, and difficulties they face in the educational process.
