The Sixth School Theatre Festival is inaugurated today under the patronage of H. E Mustafa bin Ali bin Abdullatif, undersecretary for Administration and Finance. Plays will be staged from 5th -9th April at the amphitheatre of the Ministry of Education, Dawhat Aladab School theatre, and Muscat Higher College of Technology theatre.
The festival seeks to improve the school theater as an educational and instructional means that aims to prepare youth educationally integrated, and highlight the role of the school theater to deliver a meaningful message to the community to address educational issues, as well as to instill values and principles of work, improve the school theater and sore competition among participants, and exchange of expertise.
 The festival will witness participation of schools from different regions and governorates from the Sultanate. The Agenda will include plays, workshops, and visits.
