MOE conducts Initial Administrator Licensure Program (IAL) Workshop
The Ministry of Education represented by Private Schools Programs and Curriculum Department implemented an introductory workshop of Initial Administrator Licensure Program (IAL), advance level for 11-12 classes. It targeted a number of teachers and students in international and bilingual schools applied the program.
The workshop was presented by Mat, International Business Manager at Edexcel Center. It addressed diverse topics such as program introduction, important school subjects taught within the program through in 11 -12 classes, exams program, universities which accept the students of Initial Administrator Licensure Program and the following evaluation mechanisms of students.
It is worth to be mentioned that IAL started to be applied at the academic year 2013/2014 in some schools in the world as an alternative for ALEVEL and GEE Program in 11-12 classes. Moreover, the ministry held various meetings with specialists from Edexcel Center during the academic year 2013/2014 to discuss changes and mechanisms of qualification equivalence.
