The Local Committee of Cleanliness and Hygiene Competition at Schools Environment at the Directorate General of Education in Al Sharqiyah Governorate conducted a workshop for students and supervisors of Students Administration Group. A number of MOE officials participated in the workshop such as Sheikh Jaber Al Abri, Adviser to the Minister of Education for Cleanliness and Hygiene Competition at Schools Environment, Main Evaluation Committee Head, in presence of Dr. Ali Al Harrasi , the Director General of Directorate General of Education at the Governorate. 
The workshop began with the Director´s speech where he thanked the guests for participation and praised the excreted efforts by schools to achieve goals of competition and provide students with life skills and civilized behavior. After that, the MOE´s Adviser delivered a speech where he praised the efforts of educationalists at the competition aspect and clarified the benefits of Cleanliness and Hygiene Competition at Schools Environment like training students to express their opinions and taking responsibilities .Also, he assured the importance of activating media means to deliver the real message of the competition.  
It is also to be noted that the commission implemented another workshop in Al Mudhaibi at Sinaw Cultural Center that included a theoretical lecture presented by Omar Al Habsi, a member in the Local Committee of Competition, in presence of the committee head and others.
