School Initiatives Supporting Commission arranges a coordination meeting at Al-Batinah North Governorate
The Commission of Supporting Schools Initiatives held a coordination meeting with a number of education departments including Administration and Financial, Education Requirements Planning, Human Resources, IT departments and the Education Supervision Office, in presence of the General Director of Directorate General of Education at Al Batinah North Governorate. The meeting aimed to ensure the avoidance of depriving students from classes as a result of diverse teachers vacation being recoded at the pilot form before launching the e-form for 2nd semester to specify the challenges, evaluate feedback of departments and time utilization.
The attendance agreed to form a team chaired by Education Requirements Planning Department Head and members of concerned sections. Moreover, the team was formed to study the challenges during 15-18 February and inform schools directly. The team is ought to take into consideration the ministerial decree (2014/725) which is related to Teachers Responsibilities Charter and the circular issued by MOE´s Undersecretary (4187110) which dealt with standards followed for vacations challenges. Also, the commission will meet next week with concerned departments to discuss challenges of the pilot form according to the prepared schedule.
