Third Networks Forum confer Schools Digital Communication Networks
HE Saud bin Salim Al Balushi, Undersecretary for Educational Planning and Human Resources Development presided over the Opening of the Third networks Forum, being organized by the Networks, communications and information security Departments ,at the educational auditorium in Al Wattayyah . Representatives of the Oman Broadband (OBC), the Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) , the Omani Qatari Telecommunication Company (Ooredoo) , and MOE’s staff participate in the two days forum.
The Third Gathering Networks Forum aims to define the future plan of the bodies involved in information technology and communications, and telecommunications companies operating in the Sultanate, and shape the mechanism of communication to serve the school community, and show up the services of both local and international companies operating in the field of information technology infrastructure. An exhibition held at Jabir Bin Zaid School incorporated a group of leading networking and information technology showing up the latest technology in the field of networking and communications and information technology companies.
Suleiman Al Kindi , General Director of Information Technology in MOE , said that the third forum of networks comes within the framework of the ministry insight to learn about the future plans about information technology and communications frame in the Sultanate, and setting up communication mechanism to serve the school community.
