The Events and activities of  leadership program for young people which is implemented by the Ministry of Education centrally represented by the National Centre for Vocational Guidance in cooperation with Oman Oil Company in the framework of the social responsibility of Oman Oil Company initiative, and that the "Oasis of knowledge" in Muscat Governorate, which will continue until third of next February.
Implementation of this program comes in its year's third suit broadly to include all educational provincial government and private owned schools, with the participation of 120 students from the tenth grade, including 12 students from the School of Hope for the Deaf;
to introduce them to the principle of non-tertiary existence of other paths for career development, a path of entrepreneurship and the development of entrepreneurial skills they have and the culture of love of work and self-projects, being presented to them in an Interesting , simplified manner through a variety of activities that combines both theoretical and practical experiences.
