the team of Recruitments  and Transferring Department from the Ministry of Education paid a visit to the Al Dakhiliyah Education Governorate to clarify the mechanisms and foundations of transferring of teachers and staff related to teaching field . The visit stems from  administrative and Financial Affairs management interest in dealing with the obstacles which face affiliated educational directories. 
The team  is consisted of Ahmed Al Rahbi and Ahmed Al Manji  , Administration  Research Associates , Adeem Al Hashmi, Studies and Follow up Member. The team conferred with Dr. Yaqoob Al Nadabi , the Head of Administration Department , the Director of Recruitments and Transferring  Section and other staff in the administration affairs section; where they reviewed  a number of issues such as  foundations and mechanisms of internal and external transferring , following certain  followed procedures after internal and external decision   fulfillment ,the internal and external secondment and managing the database of expat teachers .
