MOE’s Success Story In Evaluation Framework ,Methods of Review and Training Impact Analysis Transferred to Ministry Of Civil Services.
In line with the cooperation policy within the governmental and private sector entities , the ministry of education and ‘INJAZ’ institute for training services implemented an orientation seminar for HR department of Civil Services Ministry. The seminar was held at the Human Resources Development Office at Ministry of Civil Services cabinet.
During the meeting , a brief documentary about MOE’s experience and milestone on in-service training program evaluation was delivered; the experience transfer included information about construction of hieratical skeleton of the department and the missions carried out and mechanisms, and tools ( ROI) methodology , being used for training return evaluation.
Its worth’s to mention that , the MOE had had implemented such program previously as ‘success story’ for the employees of Higher Education Ministry.
