Staff Sports Day in Northern Batinah
The “ Health and Wellbeing with Vim” Sports Day for the MOE’s staff in northern Batinah governorate held in the Sohar Sport Complex. A record of four teams (Luwa, Sohar , Al Swaiq and Saham) took part right from across the governorate participated in the day balling out in the open fields heat and closed halls.
The day events began with 500 participant in the four teams who indulged in a number of mental and physical games including chess, football, table tennis, volleyball, squash ,swimming , bulling the robe and other games .At the end of the day the winners posed for photos and ate some meals.
The event organized and run by the Directorate General of Education in Northern Batinah ; with purpose to help promote health and wellbeing. The Department would like to thank all of local business who donated prizes and rosettes for the raffle.
