Statistical Application in Scientific Research Training Program in Al Buraimi Directorate
Within the Decentralized Vocational Development Plan of Ministry of Education for the academic year 2014, educational researchers from General Directorate of Curricula Development –Evaluation Curricula Department implemented yesterday a training program titled ‘Statistical Application in Scientific Research’ and its relation in developing curricula and Educational Programs in Al Buraimi Directorate.
The program targeted different categories of workers in the educational field for five days. The program aimed to explain the basics of scientific research, its methods, tools and train the staff on the steps of scientific research. Also, it aimed to train them on the basics of using statistical program SPSS. Hopefully the workshop will contribute on increasing the participants level and efficiency in statistical software application for scientific research ,therefore, endowing educators with necessary scientific studies and educational development suggestions .
