The Foundation Program of new career guidance staff organized by the MOE, represented  by   National Center of Career Guidance  came to end at Majan Continental Hotel in Muscat . The program lasted for two week with the  participation of 28 members from various governorates .
A number of different government and private sectors took part in the program by presenting various worksheets designed to provide the new appointed staff with basic concepts of career guidance  such as  scientific application of career guidance theories , clarification of  the role of  career specialists  to spread awareness among  parents and students , explanation of  the applied  methods of Masarek career book and give them a short introduction about training programs like Intelakah , Gaytoh and Takatef .  
Also, the National Center for Career Guidance presented a worksheet titled  ‘  Updates on Omani Labor Market and Global Economic Directions’ ( Muscat Airport , A Duqm Port , Railway Project ) .
The  Ministry of High Education delivered another worksheet about 12th students enrollment at Admission Center. The Ministry of Manpower presented a paper titled Manpower Registration. Retaj Training Center delivered a worksheet titled ‘Be An Entrepreneur’  .      
It is to be noted that , the National Center forCareer Guidance plays an important role in training career guidance specialists in order to assure that students can  get the services of career guidance scientifically for better academic future.
