Supervisory Skills Training Course For New Appointed Staff
Within the interest of Ministry of Education to upgrade the education systems and reinforce education outcomes, the MOE represented by Directorate General of Human Resource Development, Education Supervision Department organized a training program to train new education supervisors.
The workshop takes place at Bait Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat with participation of (60) Omani and non-Omani teachers from different schools in Sultanate. The program aims to rehabilitate the new supervisors, provide them with basic skills in supervision methods and introduce them to the latest updates at the education supervision field.
The program includes a number of various worksheets; divided into five days consecutively and delivers on various school subjects methodologies and action research aspects.
