Her Excellency Dr Madeha Al Shaibaniyah ,minister of education said : “the Special Needs forum sends a message to all community segments to take care of the students with special needs  and put in more efforts to revamp the services provided to them, including educational, safety, welfare and healthcare, also HE said that that to work particularly within services related to special needs is considered to be a task of nobility, which implies intensive coordination among  various community establishments with common concern”     
 The statement was made by the minister at the end of the Special Needs Education Forum organized by the Ministry Of Education, the Directorate General Of Educational Programs.
 The two days forum is held to mark the international day of special needs which coincides with the 4th December every year. The ceremony was attended by their excellences the undersecretaries of MOE, director generals, special needs students and their parents, employees from Social Development Ministry, Higher Education Ministry and a number of interested institutions in the community.
