Workshop Presents Skills For Public Relation Officers
The public relationships and communication workshop implemented by the Quality Assurance Office at The Directorate General For Private Schools rolled out recently at Al Maha Hotel. The workshop targeted public relations officers, schools administrations. The workshop is meant to focus on ways to convey information ,including the protocols of what to say to public and the mistakes some officials may face in dealing with public.
The workshop discussed means of disseminating quality concept in customer services , using body language , interacting with different types of human personalities treats in the community. The workshop was conducted by Fahad Bin Abdullah Al Kalbani , certified trainer in human resources development.
