Leadership skills for Scouts Troops Course ends in Al Buraimi
Introduction leadership skills for troops course held between (23rd November to 3rd December) concluded its works yesterday at the Social Development Department in Al Buraimi under patronage of Mr Moosa Bin Ali Bin Mohamed Al Hinai, education superintendent of Al Buraimi governorate, with participation of 30 Boy and Girl Scouts.
Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops is the first course in the series of leadership training offered to Scouts; the purpose of the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops course is to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and how to most effectively reach success in that role. It is intended to help Scouts in leadership positions within their troop understand their responsibilities and to equip them with organizational and leadership skills to fulfil those responsibilities.
