HE. Saud bin Salim Al-Buloshi Undersecretary for Planning and Development of Human Resources , Ministry of Education presided over the 2nd educational  meeting with  the principles of chosen schools for International  Study of Science and Math Application ( TIMSS2025) at Hormuz Grand Hotel in Muscat yesterday morning  .
The meeting targeted 230 schools principles from  Musandam , Dhofar , Al Dhahira ,Al Btinah North Governorates and General Directors of Educational Directories and Education Supervision members at the governorates .
The meeting started with a speech of HE Saud bin Salim Al-Buloshi Undersecretary for Planning and Development of Human Resources  where he emphasized on the importance of the meeting to prepare for carrying out the international study ( TIMSS2015); which will be applied by the next April .Also, he addressed the challenges that affect the study results like education outcomes and students possession of basic learning skills .
After that , Ali Al Rasbi , Deputy Director of the International Studies Program at the General Directorate of Education Evaluation at MOE presented the results of International Study ( TIMSS2015 ) at plotting phase .Then , Saif Al Julandani ,the Head of School Performance Development Department at General Directorate of Human Recourse Section at MOE , presented another work sheet about the role of supervision departments at the superintendent offices in following up the readiness of schools for the actual application phase .
