Thinking Approach to Strategic Planning program concluded
The Directorate General for Human Recourses Development – The Training and Rehabilitation Department concluded the (Systems Thinking Approach to Strategic Planning) program implemented on 16th to 20th November.2014 at the Sultan Qaboos University, with participation of 25 specialists from MOE.
The program addresses a number of subjects related to planning development and system’s strategic projecting skills, and developing better analyses and better decision making policy. The program topics are focused on adopting cutting edge solutions to cope with ever-changing characteristics of management affairs in the 21st century, also to consolidate the evolving concepts in leadership positions. It also defines knowledge and skills necessary for effective administrators in terms of formulating and change management, setting strategies, tools and mechanisms of successful planning, using BSC cards and strategic auditing operations.
