Professional Development Assessor Foundation Program kicks off at the Specialized Centre for Professional Training of Teachers
As part of its ongoing career development initiatives, Human Resource Directorate of the Ministry of Education organizes the Professional Development Assessor Foundation Program from 2nd -6th November 2014 at the Specialized Center for Professional Training of Teachers to equip specialists with skills sets and capabilities in training evaluation, return on investment (ROI) methodology in training programs evaluation of (satisfaction, learning, application, results, ROI) levels, results assessment tools, data collection plans of training programs, and ROI plans. The program consists of several stages including theoretical and practical aspects and targets evaluation specialists from ROI Section and education governorates to conduct an evaluation study of a certain program and attain a completion certificate.
