      Dr. Madeha Bint Ahmed Al Shibanya, Minister of Education signed on the accreditation of the overall Indicators of the National Diploma examinations results 2013/2014 .      Overall , as many as 42496  students took part in the national system  examinations and secured 83.31 per cent passing percentage whereas 642 students took part in bilingual schools and secured 95.59 per cent .       A delegation from the Ministry of Education visited State of Kuwait on business visit chaired by Dr. Saif Al Aghbari from 22 June to 27. The visit aimed to look at the Kuwaiti experience in Publishing, documentation, research, educational studies, translation and localization.   The agenda included a three days visit to Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) where the delegates held meetings with their Kuwaiti counterparts. The directorate general for education in Northern Sharqia celebrated the closing of its Summer camping for 2014 under the patronage of Dr. Salim bin Said Al Bahri ,advisor to the minister of education for community affairs. The event included some tableaux and poems , and screen to document the two weeks events.  Accompanied the event the inauguration of photography exhibition to document  the main events ,activities, and products that took place during the days of the camp .          

The main committee for National Chemistry Olympiad , MoE , announced the drafting  results for the first and second phase of the competition. In the first phase,  107 student sat for the second level examinations ; where in the second phase 1184 student sat for the first level test of the program. The final drafting will choose 4 students to represent the country in The International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) in July 2015 in Azerbaijan Republic   

The events of 16  Summer Camping centers in Al Dakhilyah governorate came to end last weak .The events were held in Misfat Al Abreen , Nizwa ,Bidbid  and Manah . It included a demonstration on refined skills received by students and some screens that documents the centers activities in the past two weeks. At the end of the event ,the outstanding performers  received accolades for their savvy efforts .

The Directorate General of Education in Al Buraimi organized Crisis Management and Decision Making workshop in Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hall – Al Buraimi branch.
