The Quran Recitation Course embarks on Barka Training Center, under the supervision of Private School Department of Al Batinah South Governorate from 24th August  to  4th September . The course targets nearly 40 Holy Quran teachers, including theoretical and practical aspects as well as presenting various papers  and implementing practical activities .

Six more new schools will be built in AL Dakhilyah Governorate and which will be joined  to the current schools. There are several reasons for building new schools  such as increase the numbers of students and cancel the evening schools .. H.E. Mustafa bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Undersecretary of MOE for Administrative and Financial Affairs, declared that MOE started with procedures of promoting employees of year 2009 at cost of 57.300 million Omani Rials.
