The ceremony of the evolutionary visits draw for the Greatest Scout of the Sultanate ; HM Sultan Qaboos Competition for Scouts Cup for  the academic year  2014/2014, was held at the MOE cabinet in presence of Sheikh Mohamed Bin Humdan Al Tobi , advisor to the ministry of education and chief of the organizing committee and members of the members of the central committee.
