The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate-General of Curriculum Development, the School Book Production Center, and the Educational Technology Department, implemented the third seminar, "Towards Integrated Development," targeting seventy employees from the Directorate. The seminar was held in the Muscat Hall at the Ministry's General Diwan.
The seminar included three papers. The first, titled "A Project Guide to Common Linguistic Errors," was presented by Mahmoud Al-Fahdi, Senior Linguistic Proofer at the School Book Production Center. The second, titled "From Thinking Questions to Bot Building: A Journey in Artificial Intelligence," was presented by Yasser Al-Lawati, Senior Education Technology Specialist at the Education Technology Department. The third paper, titled "Introducing the Strategic Research Program in the Education Sector," was presented by Dr. Radhia Al-Hashimi, Chemistry Curriculum Expert.
The seminar aims to link cognitive, skill, and value dimensions in a systematic and comprehensive manner, exchange educational visions among various departments regarding mechanisms for integrating curriculum elements and enhance internal integration among the directorate's departments to ensure consistency in their approaches and development projects.
