The Sultanate of Oman participates in the World Digital Education Conference

The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Education, participated in the World Digital Education Conference 2025, held in Wuhan, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China, from May 14-16, 2025.

The participating delegation was headed by HE Majid bin Said Al Bahri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Administrative and Financial Affairs, with the participation of a number of directors general from the Ministry's General Diwan and the education directorates in the governorates, as well as a number of teachers from various schools in the governorates.

This global conference is held in line with the initiatives of the United Nations and the Transforming Education Summit, with the aim of discussing the challenges and opportunities in the field of digital transformation in education. It is a high-level international platform that brings together more than (70) countries to exchange best practices, policies, and international experiences in promoting global digital education by reviewing successful experiences.
