The session began with the Ministry of Education’s speech, delivered by Dr. Khadija Al-Salami, Director-General of the Directorate-General of Private Schools. She said: "Investment in the private school education sector is one of the most prominent investments with a dual economic and social return. From an economic perspective, this sector contributes to creating diverse job opportunities, stimulating markets related to education and services, and attracting local and foreign investments, in addition to stimulating innovation in educational and technical services. From a social perspective, private school education contributes to improving the quality of education, expanding learning options for families, and raising the efficiency of human capital, which is the basic pillar of future investments."
Al-Salami concluded her remarks saying: "The education sector works to prepare generations and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for the demands of the times. Private universities provide opportunities for higher and specialized education, banks contribute to financing educational initiatives and supporting innovative projects, and telecommunications companies provide smart digital solutions that enhance modern learning environments."
