HE Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education and Chairman of the Oman School Sports Association, received the Omani school football and table tennis teams at Muscat International Airport after their participation in the Gulf School Sports Championship. The Omani school football team won the championship cup and the gold medal, a new achievement for school sports.

The reception was attended by Said Al Badai, Director-General of External Affairs and Social Investment at OQ, a number of members of the Oman School Sports Association Council, and parents of the participating students. The Red School team won the championship title after defeating the Kuwaiti School team in the last match with a score of (0/8).
