HE Dr. Madiha bint Ahmed Al Shaibaniya, Minister of Education, met with HE Dr. Laila bint Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development, in the presence of HE Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, and a number of specialists from the two ministries, at the Ministry of Education’s General Diwan.

The meeting reviewed the draft of regulations document for integrated early childhood development centers, and the project of its centers that specialize in providing services at the care, health, early diagnosis, and educational levels, and supporting the child’s multiple intelligences within a unified and integrated geographical scope for the age group from birth to the age of (8) years. The meeting also reviewed the views of the Ministry’s specialists regarding the items included in the draft regulations, and discussed the Ministry’s roles, participation in early childhood development centers, and aspects of cooperation between the two parties to provide early childhood services within a single geographical scope in an integrated manner between the various sectors, in a way that ensures serving this age group in a joint and integrated manner.
