Minister of Education meets with Specialists from the Ministry of Economy and Secretariat General of the Tender Board
HE Dr. Madiha bint Ahmed Al Shaibaniyah, Minister of Education, met with HE Dr. Said bin Ahmed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy, in the presence of HE Eng. Badr bin Salem Al Maamari, Secretary-General of the Tender Board, Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries, Directors-General of the Ministry’s General Diwan, and specialists from the Council, at Oman Hall in the Ministry’s General Diwan.
The meeting included a review of the executive status of the integrated buildings project within the tenth five-year plan, which included the construction of (22) new school buildings in accordance with the high directives. The presentation included the implementation stages and the completion rate, and the challenges facing the competent authorities in completing some buildings. The meeting also discussed the role of the various sectors in completing the construction of the remaining number of schools in accordance with what is specified in the tenth five-year plan.
