The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate-General of Administrative Affairs (Individual Performance System Management Office), continues to implement the virtual program “Controls for Working on the Individual Plan Model (Objectives/Key Results, and Actual Performance)”, which targets those holding teaching positions (teacher/senior teacher) in all educational directorates, via video communication using the “Teams” platform.

The program is presented by Dr. Ahmed Al Hadrami, Head of the Awareness and Performance Data Department, and Dr. Fatima Al Hammadi, Head of the Individual Plans Management Department, in the Individual Performance System Management Office. The program includes several topics, including the individual plan model (main goals and results), the actual performance of those occupying the position of teacher/senior teacher for the year 2025 and the controls for working on it, areas of supervisory visits, the mechanism for extracting aggregate reports, changing evaluations for each performance level, and practical application.

The program aims to clarify the latest developments in the work on the approved individual plan model (goals and main results/interim performance evaluation) for the category (teacher/senior teacher), which has been included in the electronic system "Ejada" to work on it starting from the first evaluation cycle for the year 2025, in an effort to achieve alignment between the goals and main results of the teacher/senior teacher, and the contents of the supervisory visit form for those occupying the position of (teacher/senior teacher), in a way that achieves justice, transparency and objectivity that the "Ejada" system aims to achieve, in line with Oman Vision (2040).
