The Ministry of Education, represented by the Department of Innovation and Scientific Olympiad, implemented a training program for the STEM OMAN program. The tree-days training program targets twenty science teachers from six educational governorates and is taking place at Al-Jabal Hall in Wyndham Garden Hotel.

The training program is presented by trainers in the STEM OMAN program from the Department of Innovation and Science Olympiad. The program includes an introduction to the "STEM OMAN" program, numerical quantities, vector quantities, exploring the effect of forces, using linear motion equations, exploring the effects of force interactions, exploring motion through graphs, understanding the relationship between force, mass, acceleration, momentum, kinetic energy, potential energy, circular motion, physical properties, and behavior in hydrocarbon fuel types. The program also showcases the plan for implementing the program in schools.

The training program seeks to provide teachers with STEM teaching practices and train them to implement the program activities.
