HE Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education and Chairman of the Oman School Sports Association, met with the team of evaluating the implementation of the operational plans for the Oman School Sports Association Strategy (2022-2027) in regard to the Secretariat and the supporting committees for the past two years. The team is headed by Dr. Majid bin Said Al-Busafi, Director of the Humanities Research Center, and Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University, and the membership of each of: Dr. Mohammed Al-Amri, Director-General of the Directorate-General of Sports Activities at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, and Mubarak Al-Hamdani.

HE Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Chairman of the Oman School Sports Association, touched on the strategy and work that was implemented previously at the central level by members of the Oman School Sports Association, and at the level of members of the supporting committees, and secretaries of the sports committees in the educational directorates in the governorates. HE also spoke about the most prominent challenges and achievements made from the work in the previous period, the great development achieved by the Association, and the qualitative shift it has witnessed, offering his thanks to all the members, whether at the administrative level or the technical, media and field levels.

The team is set to begin evaluating the implementation of the operational plans of the Oman School Sports Association strategy, making recommendations, and reviewing the operational plans of this strategy for the coming period before approving them. The team will then submit an annual report on these plans within a period not exceeding two months from the beginning of the evaluation for each academic year.
